What is Adler’s Den return policy?

We make everything fresh on order. Hence, once and order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. You may get some of the items changed by connecting with us within 24 hours of the order being placed. In this case, differential amount (if any), will have to be paid.

How do I return a damaged or expired product for a new replacement?

In case you have received a damaged or an expired product, you need to notify us with your Order ID at, within 24 hours of the receipt of the damaged product and we will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the same and henceforth a replacement. Please ensure that the product is unused, and in the same condition as received.

How do I cancel an order?

You cannot cancel your orders once placed. And this will be looked upon after this covid situation.

Also, for now we have not allowed Cash On Delivery (COD)
